GETTING TO KNOW YOUR DOG

You will be given a list of questions about your dog to fill up on Whatsapp and nanny will pre-assess accordingly from your response.


SAY HENLO IN PERSON

Nanny will arrange a date with you so you can come and visit our resort with your dog together. This is a must.



BOOK YOUR STAY

If you have decided to choose our resort, you can book directly by giving your confirmed boarding dates, Check in and check out time.



KA-CHING $$$

Nanny will issue an invoice via Whatsapp and full payment must be made within 5 days to secure your booking.



DOGCATION BEGINS

You will receive a reminder on your dog’s upcoming dogcation. upon check-in, nanny will have to make sure your dog is in good condition for boarding. once all is good, give your dog hugs and kisses then off you go.

Check in and out time
Between 10.00am and 4.00pm

Early and Late drop-off and pick up is allowed as early as 8.00am and late as 8.00pm with RM10/hour surcharge.
